Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. The provider
These Terms govern the relationship between the operator of Mirrify (the "Service", available at mirrify.app), [Name / company, registered seat, tax number] (the "Provider"), and the natural person using the Service (the "User"). Further details are in the Imprint.
2. Subject of the contract
Mirrify is an online, subscription-based self-knowledge application: journaling and reflection, habit and goal tracking, financial tools, and AI-based mentor and analysis features. It is available in the browser and as an app you can install to your home screen.
3. Formation of the contract
The contract is formed by the User's registration and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Registration requires email confirmation. The User warrants that they are at least 16 years old (or use the Service with parental consent) and that the data provided is accurate.
4. Plans and fees
Every new account receives 14 days of full Pro access, with a card provided at signup; no fee is charged during the trial, and afterwards the subscription continues automatically on the chosen plan (cancel anytime). After the trial the following subscription plans apply (prices in HUF, indicative; current prices are on the product page):
- Basic
- 4 990 Ft / mo · 49 900 Ft / yr — full journal, goals, habits, Life Wheel, Ikigai, finances (no daily AI mentor)
- Pro
- 12 990 Ft / mo · 129 900 Ft / yr — everything in Basic + unlimited AI mentor, weekly/monthly analysis
- Premium
- 22 990 Ft / mo · 229 900 Ft / yr — everything in Pro + deepest model, priority, early access
Mirrify is a paid subscription service with no forever-free tier. The Provider may change prices in the future; an already-started subscription period is not affected, and we notify the User in advance.
5. Payment and renewal
Payment is processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) until the User cancels. The renewal fee is the fee in effect at renewal. Invoices are issued electronically by the payment provider or the Provider.
6. Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled anytime, instantly from the account, without giving a reason. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid for; a pro-rata refund — beyond the statutory withdrawal right — is not provided. As there is no free tier, at the end of the paid period access pauses in the absence of an active subscription; the User can export their data or delete the account.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. However, since the Service is digital content / an online service that the Provider begins to perform before the 14-day deadline with the User's express prior consent, the User — by giving that consent and acknowledging the resulting loss of the withdrawal right — waives withdrawal once performance has begun. See the Withdrawal notice.
8. The User's obligations
- Keep account credentials confidential and do not share them.
- Use the Service lawfully, respecting the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the AI features of the Service.
9. Nature of the AI mentor
The AI mentor and AI analyses do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice and do not replace a professional. In a crisis or a health issue, contact a professional or the appropriate helpline. AI-generated content can err; the User decides on its use at their own responsibility.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its appearance, logo and content are the intellectual property of the Provider (or its licensors). Content created by the User (journal, entries, etc.) remains the User's property; the Provider processes it only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, per the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider excludes liability for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, for data loss (the User is responsible for regularly exporting/backing up their data), and for outages of third-party providers (hosting, AI, payment). This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. intentional harm, consumer rights).
12. Termination, account deletion
The User may terminate the contract at any time by deleting their account. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in case of unlawful or abusive use. On account deletion, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and remedies
You can submit complaints at [contact@mirrify.app]. In a consumer dispute you may turn to the competent conciliation body for your place of residence, and you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Amendments
The Provider may amend these Terms; we notify of material changes in advance in the Service or by email. The current Terms are available on this page.
15. Final provisions
These Terms and the contract are governed by Hungarian law. Matters not regulated here are governed by the Civil Code and applicable legislation. If any provision is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the rest.
